&Partners is a new firm established by a team of seasoned financial veterans. Tired of the restrictive nature of a large wirehouse, the &Partners team wanted to build something entirely new leveraging the nimbleness of a smaller firm. Untraditional by design, the brand centers around the idea of partnership through alignment.
